1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vcv99 website accessible at vcv99.net and all associated pages, sub-pages, game environments, payment portals, and support channels operated by or on behalf of vcv99.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any natural person who has registered a vcv99 account or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the individual Player account created upon successful completion of the registration process on vcv99.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds which are tracked separately.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual casino game, sports betting market, or other wagering product offered on the Platform, as displayed within each product.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds convert to withdrawable cash, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount multiplied by 30).
• "Restricted Territory" means any country or jurisdiction from which access to and use of vcv99 is prohibited by applicable law or by vcv99's internal compliance policies.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone for all vcv99 operating hours, bonus expiry deadlines, and promotional schedules.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures vcv99 may require a Player to complete prior to making a withdrawal or as otherwise required by internal compliance policy.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. "Including" means "including without limitation".

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the vcv99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout a Player's use of the Platform:

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register a vcv99 account, make a deposit, claim a bonus, or place any wager on the Platform. vcv99 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18, and we actively work to prevent underage gambling. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older as of the date of registration.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual person may hold only one vcv99 account. Creating more than one account per person — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in permanent suspension of all accounts associated with the same individual and forfeiture of all balances therein.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your vcv99 account. You must keep your registration information up to date at all times. vcv99 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

vcv99 is operated for and primarily marketed to players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from Restricted Territories do so in violation of these Terms and may have their accounts suspended without notice. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of vcv99 — including casino games, sports betting, deposit and withdrawal services, and promotional offers — you must complete the registration process by providing valid personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other registered payment method. Registration is free of charge.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. vcv99 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not reused across other websites or applications.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact vcv99 support immediately at [email protected]. vcv99 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by the Player's failure to adequately protect their credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

vcv99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents from any Player at any time. Common triggers for a KYC request include: processing a withdrawal above a threshold amount, detecting unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance review. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the time period stated in vcv99's request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until documents are received and verified.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. vcv99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month to inactive accounts with a positive real-money balance, following at least 30 days' advance written notice to the email address registered on the account. An account with a zero balance that has been inactive for 24 consecutive months may be closed without further notice.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vcv99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). vcv99 does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency, credit cards, or international wire transfers.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Please refer to the Payments section of your Account dashboard for current daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits applicable to your account tier. Limits may vary based on account verification status and payment method.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your vcv99 balance within 30 seconds of the mobile banking transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your balance. vcv99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processing systems, banking outages, or mobile network disruptions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad during standard operating hours (8:00 AM – 11:59 PM BST) are processed within 30 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next operating window. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. vcv99 does not charge any fee for withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Third-party mobile banking or bank charges, if any, are the responsibility of the Player.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements).
• Your account must be in good standing (not suspended, restricted, or under investigation).
• Any applicable KYC documents must have been submitted and verified if requested.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must be registered in the same name as the vcv99 account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

vcv99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional specific conditions stated at the point of offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual offer's specific terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by vcv99 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is displayed clearly in the bonus offer details before you opt in. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of their validity period and are removed from the account balance without compensation.

5.3 Bonus Opt-In

All vcv99 bonuses are opt-in only. No bonus will be credited to your account automatically without your affirmative action to claim it. By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and understood its specific terms, including the wagering requirement, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), eligible games (for casino bonuses), and expiry date.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

vcv99 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once; using a bonus in a manner designed to extract value with minimal genuine risk (e.g., placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements); or colluding with other players to trigger bonus conditions artificially.

5.5 Modification & Withdrawal of Offers

vcv99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including shortening a promotion's validity period, changing its wagering requirement, or discontinuing a recurring promotion. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will not be affected by changes made after the point of claim, except where required by applicable law or regulation.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Certified RNG Technology

All casino games available on vcv99 — including video slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games, and arcade titles — are supplied by internationally certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. vcv99 does not alter, modify, or interfere with game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting Markets

All sports betting markets on vcv99, including in-play cricket markets for BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, and ICC tournaments, are operated using real-time odds generated by vcv99's pricing engine. Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, its odds are locked and will not be changed by vcv99 except in the circumstances described in section 6.3 below.

6.3 Void Bets & Cancelled Events

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum period required for settlement has been completed; the market is settled in error and the error is subsequently identified; a technical fault affecting the integrity of the betting market is confirmed by vcv99's trading team. vcv99's decision regarding void bets is final.

6.4 Player Responsibility

It is the Player's responsibility to ensure they understand the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game environment. vcv99 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules or betting market conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on vcv99. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on vcv99.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any coordinated strategy between two or more players designed to manipulate game outcomes or extract bonus value.
• Attempting to launder money or use vcv99 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vcv99 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their explicit authorisation.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by vcv99

vcv99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the account is being used in violation of these Terms & Conditions; the account is involved in fraudulent activity; KYC verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe; or the account's continued operation presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to vcv99.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, vcv99 will process the closure within 24 hours, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements or pending withdrawal transactions. Any real-money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method after all applicable checks are completed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from vcv99 for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via their account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets on vcv99, and all marketing communications from vcv99 will be suspended. vcv99 strongly encourages any player who feels their gambling is becoming harmful to use this tool without hesitation. 8.4 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including prohibited conduct under section 7 — vcv99 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, without refund. This remedy is in addition to any other legal remedies available to vcv99.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

vcv99 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure outages, or events outside our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications network failures. vcv99 is not liable for losses suffered by Players as a result of Platform unavailability.

9.2 Gambling Losses

vcv99 provides a platform for entertainment through games of chance and skill. Gambling involves risk, and Players may lose money. vcv99 is not liable to any Player for gambling losses incurred on the Platform, regardless of circumstances, except where such losses result directly from a proven technical malfunction of the Platform that was the fault of vcv99 and that materially affected the outcome of a game or bet. In such cases, vcv99's liability is limited to the return of the affected stake.

9.3 Third-Party Services

vcv99 integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feed providers. vcv99 is not liable for the actions, errors, omissions, or service interruptions of these third parties. Players interact with third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) subject to those providers' own terms and conditions.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vcv99, its officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms & Conditions; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or any content or information you submit to vcv99 that is false, misleading, or infringing on the rights of a third party.

10. Amendments to These Terms

vcv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vcv99 will notify registered Players by email to the address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, or by prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will display an updated effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using vcv99 and may request account closure as described in section 8.2.
